{"id":9165,"date":"2025-12-02T16:01:04","date_gmt":"2025-12-02T15:01:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/?p=9165"},"modified":"2025-12-15T08:11:58","modified_gmt":"2025-12-15T07:11:58","slug":"un-any-de-bons-resultats","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/un-any-de-bons-resultats\/","title":{"rendered":"Un any de bons resultats"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Entrevistem a la <strong>Marta Dom\u00e8nech directora de batxillerat i Oriol Blancher director de l\u2019Escola<\/strong> per fer balan\u00e7 dels resultats obtinguts en les <strong>proves de compet\u00e8ncies b\u00e0siques<\/strong>, per\u00f2 sobretot dels<strong> expedients de Batxillerat<\/strong> i de les <strong>notes de les PAU<\/strong>, tots molt positius.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Resum-resultats-2425-Negreta-v2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\" noreferrer noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"819\" height=\"581\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/InfografiaPNGFinal.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9174\" style=\"width:600px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/InfografiaPNGFinal.png 819w, https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/InfografiaPNGFinal-300x213.png 300w, https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/InfografiaPNGFinal-768x545.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 819px) 100vw, 819px\" \/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Si ens centrem en les<strong> notes finals de batxillerat<\/strong> veureu que els alumnes d\u2019IPSI tenen un nivell acad\u00e8mic s\u00f2lid i homogeni, \u00e9s a dir, la nota mitjana dels expedients est\u00e0 clarament en una franja alta, i a m\u00e9s, han aprovat tots, cosa que per a nosaltres \u00e9s essencial: \u201cno hem perdut ning\u00fa pel cam\u00ed\u201d i aix\u00f2 diu molt de la feina que es fa al llarg de l\u2019etapa.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pel que fa a<strong> les PAU<\/strong>, els resultats han estat molt alts, i per tant, coherents amb les notes dels expedients. Ha aprovat tothom i les mitjanes es situen per sobre de les mitjanes dels centres de la mateixa complexitat que la nostra. Sabem per tant, que els nostres alumnes arriben a la selectivitat molt ben preparats.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/class1-1024x576.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9170\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/class1-1024x576.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/class1-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/class1-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/class1-1536x864.png 1536w, https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/class1-2048x1152.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong>Celebrem molt que la relaci\u00f3 entre la nota d\u2019expedient i la de la selectivitat sigui coherent<\/strong>: la nota del curs \u00e9s una mica superior \u2014com \u00e9s natural en un proc\u00e9s d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 continuada\u2014 per\u00f2 no prou per indicar cap desajust. De fet, com m\u00e9s altes s\u00f3n les notes de selectivitat, m\u00e9s petita \u00e9s aquesta dist\u00e0ncia, i aquest curs, tamb\u00e9 hem tingut les notes m\u00e9s altes entre els centres del nostre nivell de complexitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquests bons resultats validen<strong> la feina del personal de l\u2019escola<\/strong> i la import\u00e0ncia que donem a l\u2019<strong>atenci\u00f3 individualitzada<\/strong>, un dels punts forts del nostre projecte. Tamb\u00e9 reforcen un dels eixos m\u00e9s importants sobre el qual fem girar l\u2019aprenentatge: <strong>les variables de capacitaci\u00f3<\/strong>, que s\u00f3n les eines que permeten construir coneixement, ens referim a la inducci\u00f3, la deducci\u00f3, la capacitat d\u2019an\u00e0lisi o l\u2019expressi\u00f3. Aquest eix \u00e9s el que dona profunditat i sostenibilitat a l\u2019aprenentatge dels nostres alumnes.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/class2-1024x576.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9171\" style=\"width:600px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/class2-1024x576.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/class2-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/class2-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/class2-1536x864.png 1536w, https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/class2-2048x1152.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Per nosaltres, per\u00f2, el m\u00e9s destacable d\u2019aquests resultats \u00e9s<strong> el rendiment global<\/strong>, \u00e9s a dir, que el percentatge d\u2019alumnes que comencen primer i acaben el Batxillerat superant les PAU \u00e9s molt alt, m\u00e9s que a la majoria de centres. De fet, Si ens fixem en el valor d\u2019aquest indicador en la mitjana de Catalunya, l\u2019Escola es situa m\u00e9s de vint punts per sobre, estem quasi al 100%. Per nosaltres \u00e9s molt important poder dir que <strong>&nbsp;tothom, en la mesura de les seves possibilitats, pot superar l\u2019etapa amb garanties<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquest any tamb\u00e9 volem destacar que hem tingut un <strong>nombre molt elevat d\u2019alumnes amb Distinci\u00f3<\/strong>, \u00e9s a dir, alumnes amb una nota en la fase d\u2019acc\u00e9s de la selectivitat igual o superior al 9. En concret el 14,08% dels alumnes de l\u2019IPSI, molt per sobre de l\u20191,46% de la mitjana de Catalunya. Aquests resultats excepcionals es deuen a dos factors:<strong> el treball i el talent<\/strong>, en proporcions diferents segons cada cas, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 es deuen a tota<strong> la feina que fa l\u2019escola des de les primeres etapes<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e8xit d\u2019aquesta feina rau en bona mesura en el treball individualitzat, com ja hem comentat, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 en les<strong> propostes de millora i l\u2019acompanyament constant<\/strong>, que permeten que els alumnes progressin de manera natural, adaptada a cada ritme i consolidant els aprenentatges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 continuada \u00e9s clau, perqu\u00e8 ens permet detectar necessitats espec\u00edfiques en tot moment i oferir recursos com <strong>tutories individuals, grups redu\u00efts, desdoblaments<\/strong> i per tant, un seguiment molt prec\u00eds del proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge. Hem mantingut una aposta clara pel<strong> treball individual<\/strong>, tot i tenir tamb\u00e9 molta expertesa en<strong> metodologies col\u00b7laboratives<\/strong>. La nostra estrat\u00e8gia es basa en escollir l\u2019eina adequada, utilitzant cada m\u00e8tode (individual o col\u00b7laboratiu) nom\u00e9s quan la seva <strong>implementaci\u00f3<\/strong> resulta m\u00e9s beneficiosa per maximitzar els resultats de l&#8217;aprenentatge.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/class3-1024x576.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9172\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/class3-1024x576.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/class3-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/class3-768x432.png 768w, https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/class3-1536x864.png 1536w, https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/class3-2048x1152.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong>El claustre<\/strong> hi t\u00e9 un paper crucial en aquests resultats. S\u00f3n fonamentals<strong> la cohesi\u00f3 del professorat i la coordinaci\u00f3 del treball en equip<\/strong>. Tamb\u00e9 ho \u00e9s el nivell d\u2019exig\u00e8ncia cap als alumnes, que ha de ser sempre l\u2019adequat:<strong> cal exigir esfor\u00e7 perqu\u00e8 no fer-ho seria trair l\u2019alumne<\/strong>. L\u2019exig\u00e8ncia no \u00e9s mai excessiva si est\u00e0 ben calibrada, i si algun alumne diu que \u201capretem massa\u201d, ens sembla fins i tot un bon senyal. El que mai fem \u00e9s exigir m\u00e9s del que alg\u00fa pot donar, per\u00f2 tampoc permetem que un alumne amb moltes capacitats se\u2019n vagi amb menys del que podria assolir. \u00c9s una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de responsabilitat i d\u2019oferir-li el m\u00e0xim d\u2019oportunitats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El clima emocional<\/strong> tamb\u00e9 forma part d\u2019aquesta exig\u00e8ncia equilibrada. Tractem els alumnes com el que s\u00f3n: persones. <strong>El tracte \u00e9s molt proper, exigent per\u00f2 proper<\/strong>, i els alumnes nous ens ho fan notar constantment. Els sorp\u00e8n positivament per exemple, que els preguntem com estan o que ens preocupem per ells m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del que \u00e9s estrictament acad\u00e8mic, especialment en una etapa postobligat\u00f2ria com el Batxillerat. Som exigents tant acad\u00e8micament com a nivell emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De cara als pr\u00f2xims cursos, <strong>ens proposem refor\u00e7ar eines que envolten i enriqueixen l\u2019aprenentatge<\/strong>, com el treball amb la m\u00fasica i les arts esc\u00e8niques, les relacions entre iguals o la coordinaci\u00f3 entre etapes. S\u00f3n eixos presents en el nostre pla estrat\u00e8gic i que volem potenciar. Quant a l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 del Batxillerat i la preparaci\u00f3 per a les PAU, seguirem treballant en la mateixa l\u00ednia, adaptant-nos a les realitats normatives \u2014que massa sovint s\u00f3n inestables\u2014 i prioritzant sempre el b\u00e9 dels nostres alumnes. Si hagu\u00e9ssim de resumir qu\u00e8 fa possible aquests resultats, ho dir\u00edem clar: treball i esfor\u00e7, tant dels docents com dels alumnes. <strong>Els resultats s\u00f3n la conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, no l\u2019objectiu<\/strong>. L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s educar: que aprenguin, que es dotin d\u2019eines i que esdevinguin bones persones, bons ciutadans i bons treballadors.
