La hip\u00f2tesi de la qual es parteix \u00e9s: \u201cA Catalunya encara hi ha zones amb el potencial hidroel\u00e8ctric sense explotar\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Analitzant l\u2019etimologia de la paraula hidroelectricitat, ja es poden extreure les seves bases: la hidr\u00e0ulica i l\u2019electricitat. Conseq\u00fcentment, per entendre les centrals hidroel\u00e8ctriques cal comprendre aquestes dues disciplines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019energia ni es crea ni es destrueix, simplement es transforma. Aquesta \u00e9s una frase que la majoria ha escoltat almenys una vegada durant la vida i que s\u2019aplica en l\u2019estudi per mostrar que com major sigui l\u2019energia de l\u2019aigua, major ser\u00e0 la quantitat&nbsp; d\u2019electricitat generada a les centrals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La hidr\u00e0ulica \u00e9s l\u2019encarregada d\u2019estudiar l\u2019energia dels fluids, l\u2019energia de l\u2019aigua. Aquesta disciplina f\u00edsica cerca l\u2019estudi i la predicci\u00f3 del comportament dels l\u00edquids i els gasos i ens permet definir un entorn amb potencial d\u2019\u00e9sser explotat hidroel\u00e8ctricament. Com \u00e9s aix\u00f2 possible? Doncs estudiant com es pot maximitzar l\u2019energia mec\u00e0nica, \u00e9s a dir, l\u2019energia total de l\u2019aigua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"330\" height=\"62\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/El-potencial-hidroele\u0300ctric-equacio\u0301.jpg\" alt=\"El potencial hidroele\u0300ctric equacio\u0301\" class=\"wp-image-7046\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/El-potencial-hidroele\u0300ctric-equacio\u0301.jpg 330w, https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/El-potencial-hidroele\u0300ctric-equacio\u0301-300x56.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 330px) 100vw, 330px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019energia mec\u00e0nica de l\u2019aigua es pot calcular num\u00e8ricament a trav\u00e9s d\u2019unes f\u00f3rmules matem\u00e0tiques. Aquestes equacions tenen en compte un seguit de magnituds que en augmentar de valor fan que l\u2019energia total del l\u00edquid tamb\u00e9 s\u2019incrementi. Aquestes magnituds s\u00f3n el cabal, el desnivell i la pressi\u00f3 que l\u2019aigua fa sobre la superf\u00edcie terrestre. Per aquest motiu, un entorn amb potencial hidroel\u00e8ctric queda definit: \u00e9s aquell on el desnivell, el cabal i la for\u00e7a de pressi\u00f3 siguin el m\u00e9s grans possibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una central hidroel\u00e8ctrica, l\u2019objectiu final \u00e9s generar electricitat, per tant, les bases del corrent el\u00e8ctric s\u2019han de con\u00e8ixer entenent el funcionament de les centrals hidroel\u00e8ctriques. El corrent que s\u2019utilitza majorit\u00e0riament a l\u2019actualitat es coneix com corrent altern i es genera als alternadors. Aquests aparells creen electricitat a trav\u00e9s del moviment circular d\u2019un camp magn\u00e8tic al voltant de bobines el\u00e8ctriques com a conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia del <a href=\"https:\/\/ca.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Llei_de_Faraday\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"principi d\u2019inducci\u00f3 de Faraday (s'obre en una nova pestanya)\">principi d\u2019inducci\u00f3 de Faraday<\/a>. Analitzat aix\u00f2, ja se sap l\u2019objectiu d\u2019una central hidroel\u00e8ctrica: aconseguir fer rotar un eix emprant l\u2019energia de l\u2019aigua.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"990\" height=\"565\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/El-potencial-hidroele\u0300ctric-funcionament.jpg\" alt=\"El potencial hidroele\u0300ctric funcionament\" class=\"wp-image-7048\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/El-potencial-hidroele\u0300ctric-funcionament.jpg 990w, https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/El-potencial-hidroele\u0300ctric-funcionament-300x171.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/El-potencial-hidroele\u0300ctric-funcionament-768x438.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 990px) 100vw, 990px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Aix\u00f2 porta al seg\u00fcent pas de la comprensi\u00f3 del funcionament d\u2019una central hidroel\u00e8ctrica: l\u2019an\u00e0lisi de components. Tota central hidroel\u00e8ctrica t\u00e9 un col\u00b7lector que recull l\u2019aigua, un circuit hidr\u00e0ulic tancat que cerca optimitzar l\u2019energia mec\u00e0nica mitjan\u00e7ant procediments avan\u00e7ats d\u2019hidr\u00e0ulica, una turbina que rota gr\u00e0cies al moviment de l\u2019aigua, un alternador annexat a l\u2019eix de la turbina que genera el corrent el\u00e8ctric i un extractor que retorna l\u2019aigua al medi d\u2019on provenia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despr\u00e9s d\u2019aquestes explicacions queden definides les centrals hidroel\u00e8ctriques. El seg\u00fcent aspecte del treball \u00e9s la cerca d\u2019oportunitats a Catalunya. Com queda demostrat, s\u2019han de cercar fragments de rius catalans on el cabal, el desnivell i la pressi\u00f3 siguin abundants. En el treball es seleccionen un conjunt de rius que seran estudiats: l\u2019Ebre, la Noguera Ribagor\u00e7ana, la Noguera Pallaresa, el Fluvi\u00e0, el Llobregat, el Cardener i el Ter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pel que fa a la pressi\u00f3, no hi ha cap mena de control d\u2019aquesta for\u00e7a en els rius catalans, conseq\u00fcentment, queda descartada de l\u2019estudi per falta de dades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Respecte el desnivell, aquest s\u2019estudia a trav\u00e9s del mapa cartogr\u00e0fic oficial de Catalunya. El procediment \u00e9s simple: es recorren cadascun dels rius seleccionats i s\u2019analitza com canvia l\u2019altitud en cada tram dels mateixos. Aquestes dades queden anotades als annexos del treball i s\u2019utilitzen per calcular l\u2019angle mitj\u00e0 en trams de deu quil\u00f2metres. Analitzant els resultats queda clar un concepte: els trams amb un desnivell considerable, la majoria d\u2019ells a la Noguera Ribagor\u00e7ana, la Noguera Pallaresa i el Segre, ja estan explotats hidroel\u00e8ctricament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"990\" height=\"631\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/El-potencial-hidroele\u0300ctric-mapa-2.jpg\" alt=\" mapa 2 hidrogr\u00e0fic\" class=\"wp-image-7049\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/El-potencial-hidroele\u0300ctric-mapa-2.jpg 990w, https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/El-potencial-hidroele\u0300ctric-mapa-2-300x191.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/El-potencial-hidroele\u0300ctric-mapa-2-768x490.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 990px) 100vw, 990px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Per aquest motiu, en la selecci\u00f3 de zones amb potencial hidroel\u00e8ctric queda com a \u00fanica refer\u00e8ncia el cabal. Aquesta magnitud s\u2019analitza amb el mapa hidrogr\u00e0fic de l\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia Catalana de les Aig\u00fces: en els annexos s\u2019anoten els valors del cabal de totes les centrals de control de l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3. Obtinguts aquests valors i contrastant-ne la seva regularitat al llarg de l\u2019any, se seleccionen els territoris amb m\u00e9s potencial hidroel\u00e8ctric disponibles a Catalunya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"990\" height=\"515\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/El-potencial-hidroele\u0300ctric-mapa.jpg\" alt=\"El potencial hidroele\u0300ctric mapa\" class=\"wp-image-7050\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/El-potencial-hidroele\u0300ctric-mapa.jpg 990w, https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/El-potencial-hidroele\u0300ctric-mapa-300x156.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ipsi.cat\/elfil\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/El-potencial-hidroele\u0300ctric-mapa-768x400.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 990px) 100vw, 990px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Seleccionats aquests trams dels rius, cal demostrar o negar el seu potencial real. Es fixen un seguit de variables i s&#8217;efectuen c\u00e0lculs com per exemple, la velocitat a la qual gira la turbina o el nombre de pols magn\u00e8tics de l\u2019alternador. Aquestes dades s\u00f3n complement\u00e0ries i serveixen per arribar al valor de la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia el\u00e8ctrica, una magnitud est\u00e0ndard a Europa i que ha de ser de cinquanta Hertz. En el cas de totes les centrals establertes el seu valor no passa dels deu Hertz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per aquest motiu, queda clar que cap d\u2019elles \u00e9s eficient, cap d\u2019elles t\u00e9 potencial real. Es demostra que per obtenir efici\u00e8ncia real, un territori amb potencial hidroel\u00e8ctric ha de posseir les tres magnituds que maximitzen l\u2019energia mec\u00e0nica de l\u2019aigua, no tan sols el cabal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conclusivament, es pot afirmar que, segons els par\u00e0metres fixats en el treball i en els rius contemplats, no hi ha potencial hidroel\u00e8ctric sense explotar.
